Basically, during my first year of training I gained about 3 and a half solid stone of weight. I was also blissfully unaware of PED use in the sport. FFS, I thought all them big guys in the magazines were built on protein powder and hard work.

Moderator. Scott Stevenson is the creator of this program and finally released it last night. Over view: Similar to Titan Training by Leo Costa. This program is fully refined and attacks hypertrophy from many angles. Initial impressions: VERY cheap at $20. Extremely in-depth there about 170 pages but it is very easy to read for the average gym rat.
